Extensive art project over the line - One back solves the efficiency of the high arts education. gardencity telegram Was based on a six-year tradition of exhibitions under the line, missed that presented candidates gardencity telegram for admission to public art colleges without any institutionalized choice. gardencity telegram The project was a footnote and an open platform for the author's realization of each artist without restrictions. The exhibition does not file a homogeneous analysis of the issue of artistic higher education, but through a number of specific artists and their works to set this field mirror.
Curator Tereza Jindrová therefore chosen by reducing the quantity of exhibiting in favor of quality while relatively open key to the selection of specific works. He was approached by a narrow gardencity telegram circle of artists (about 15), and each of them was based curator-defined "rules" to select works which according to him the following categories best match. In the very act of choosing their own works contained important moment of self-reflection, self-honesty, but also a certain degree of discretion that is not unreservedly in the hands of the curator. The requirement to choose one work from the pre-school gardencity telegram is also compromised mostly forward facing linearity in the process of issuing a living (especially young) artists who rarely proceed to a public presentation of their earlier work.
The exhibition will be an accompanying program, including interactive workshops, lectures and gallery animation that will give the general public an insight into the problems and open discussion about the system of art education.

BiGy Fest Festival was originally created as a fundraising event in support of the Bishop's Grammar School in Letovice. The idea for the organization of the festival was preceded by a petition called We BiGy Letovice, to which over three days on the Internet and in the streets added about 2,000 people. BiGy Fest Festival is conceived multi-genre, visitors can enjoy performances of music, theater, dance, further readings and workshops.
